a list of things

- quit smoking ( QUIT!)
- exercise more
- eat less meat ( addict. blame the russian genes.)
- eat breakfast ( cereal disgusts me. so does yogurt. and milk.)
- sleep regularly ( the constant struggle)
- draw
- find healthy destressors ( my current ones are either slightly illegal or morally corrupt)
- save more money



-               relax.
